Terms of use

Effective October 27, 2026

Scarlet is a private assistant for a small group of invited family users. It is not a public sign-up service. Use is subject to the access granted by the administrator and the connected service providers.

What Scarlet can do

Scarlet can help organize plans, summarize selected information, prepare email drafts, add calendar entries after the required approval, and deliver configured reminders. She can also search and read supported Google Drive files, and create or edit Google Docs after an explicit request. Users should check important dates, messages, documents, and generated content before acting on them.

Limitations

Scarlet can make mistakes or miss information. It is not an emergency service and does not replace professional advice or a user's own judgement. Do not rely on it as the only record of an obligation or appointment.

Connected accounts

Google and Telegram access is provided through those services and may be changed or revoked by the account owner. Scarlet's current tools restrict what actions the assistant can perform. See the privacy policy for data handling details.
